In our short menu we strive to present pub & bistro classic dishes using local seasonal produce, cooked "a notch above the norm".

We source our fish from environmentally managed areas outwith the North Sea. We only ever use free range eggs and chicken. Our Ham and Bacon courtesy of the Happy Gloucester Old Spots at Ballencrieff near Longniddry. Our Limousin prime beef comes from Kettlehill Farm, Baldernock near Milngavie. We endeavour to bake in house whenever possible.
